The Day Before Christmas Eve

was fun!
Actually, right now, it IS Christmas Eve! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVE [;


Anyway, back to the topic of 12/23/08.
So yeah, the day was pretty fun! At around 11:15am or so, Conan picked me up and we went to Raymond's house to chilll, along with Eric, Ryan, Chris, and Daniel. We ate Dominos Pizza and finished Raymond's ice cream, lol. And we watched "I Am Legend." For me, it was the first time watching the movie, AND IT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. The movie, overall, was just too.....dark, sad, and gloomy for me, and I really didn't like the ending. After the movie, we played Call of Duty4 for like 2 hours. And then we went upstairs to play Super Smash Brawl, lmao. But that got boring, so we went back down and played Call of Duty for like another 30 minutes! HAHAHA. Then, later at like 5:10pm, everyone, except for Raymond, Chris, and Ryan, went to McDonalds to eatttt. We talked about....very interesting things. HAHA. Gosh, I love talking with Conan and Eric! Too fun + too gay! [=

Winter Break

starts today! Yay!


You know how today was a reverse minimum day? Well, I totally forgot about it, being the stupid Amy Nam I am, and came to school at 7:50 am thinking I was late to school. And plus, I even left my freaking cellphone at home! Retarded. So I wanted to go back home, but since I didn't bring my cellphone along with me, I had to go ask the VERY FEW students who were in the same situation as I was. But guess what, NONE OF THEM HAD A CELLPHONE EITHER. What the heck, right? But thankfully, soon, I found Jon Ross, and he lend me his phone to call my dad! PHEW. So I went back home around 8:10 ish, and literally relaxed for another 40 minutes before going to school again. Man, I have such a terrible memory!

Anyway, school was overall, chill and fun today!

2nd - Played Big2 the whole class time
3rd - Party; Outburst Jr.
Then until about 4:30, Kelly,William,Jaddis,RichardT,RichardL,Phillip, and I waited in the Asian room for Kenneth to pick us up to go to Andrea's house for the Christmas Partaaaaay, yeeeeeeaaahhh.

The party was so damn fun! One of the funnest parties that I've been to[; We played so many games again. Outburst Jr, once again, too! That game's pretty addicting. And then we also played the "Rhythm Game," which was my favorite game of the day, thanks to Eva[= I'm soooo going to play this game from now on, haha. Anyway, we also did karaoke for a little while, lol. I sang with Andrea to Mariah Carey's "Hero." I wanna do a duet with her on Youtube!

Ohhh, and I totally forgot about the White Elephant game we did at the party. I got Andrea's gift, which was....chocolate coals(?)! Haha. I love chocolates. Plusssssss, I got the lolclothing shirt for freeeeeeeee today! [=

Guess what I did today!

Ok, so I came back home from school around 5. Then, instead of removing my makeup and contacts right after, I got lazy, so I ate while watching tv until like 6. After that, I went to my bathroom and I decided to wash my face then take a shower, instead of taking it at night. BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I DID?!!?! After I did all that, I was brushing my hair...when I realized.....THAT I STILL HAD MY CONTACTS ON! So I rapidly took my contacts off and checked if they were damaged. Thankfully, they weren't. But seriously, why are my contacts SO DAMN COMFORTABLE! This was the 1st time I took a shower with them on. Don't know when it will happen, AGAIN. Stupidddd Amy.



Tomorrow's the last day of school before Winter Break! I'm so excited for tomorrow.

I think I totally aced that calculus test. I would be disappointed if I didn't get an A =[

Plus, Link Crew's Freshmen Winter Wonderland Dance was prettttttty much a success!
The Cafeteria was freaking bright (not dark at all) and the lights/decoration totally sucked, but still, a lot of freshmen danced ha. I really didn't like the music, but at least they had fun(?). HAHA.

I used to like Winter better than Summer, but I kinda miss Summer now! I want to get a dark tan again from tennis, but there's no more hot sun to change my skin color now, hahaahaha.

I forgot to write a blog when I was going to. So I'll write a blog for yesterday. I forgot what I did today.

So yesterday, was basically my EMO + ANGRY day. Why? Because the calc test was SO F/CKING HARD. Wow. I totally failed that sh1t. =[ Basically, everyone in our class except for the few "geniuses" (EHHHEMMMLEEGATRANEHHEMMM) were all depressed after the class, lol. But even though I was kinda pissed throughout yesterday, I was still hyper ha.

The Sixth Sense

was a GREAT movie!

Unbelievable...

I haven't caught a cold or been sick since like 7th grade.

I knew since yesterday my body was feeling weird. I woke up at like 6 to get ready for Homewalk. On the way to Homewalk, I fell asleep in my dad's car, which I never do. And then on the way back home from Homewalk, I fell asleep in the car again -_-. Then when I got home, I got sleepy again so I went to take a nap at like 2, and woke up at like 6 to play tennis. You know how I LOVE tennis right? So I still went to play tennis even if I felt no energy in me. Lost ALL of my tennis games. SIGHH. After tennis, I got home and went on aim to chat for a while. But then my head started to hurt like a mofo, so I went to sleep at like 10:30pm. And guess what, I woke up at 1:30pm. Total of 15 hours of sleeping. And my head still hurts. And my throat hurts. And I have a gross runny nose. I thought sleeping a lot will make me feel better, but I feel the same wtf! Maybe it's b/c I didn't take medicine haha.

And right now, I'm hungry. But I don't feel like moving. Ha.

SOOO, I just came back from my community service. I community service every Saturdays from 9:30am-12:30pm at my church library.

Election day tomorrow!

I lack knowledge in politics. Also, I'm not even old enough to vote. And even if I WAS old enough to vote, I'm not a citizen (YET). BUTTTTT! I still want to show my opinions and support them. Since tomorrow's the election day, I'm gonna talk about MY views on some political stuff.

1. OBAMA vs. McCAIN
Dude, seriously, think about it. It's time for a change; a REAL change in America. And that means that our country needs Barack Obama for our next president! It's time for the Americans to rethink to themselves and make the right choice for this election. We can't afford any more Republican as our president, well, at least not McCain. McCain doesn't know what he's talking about. He accentuates the importance in bringing back America's economy and other factors, but in my opinion, he lacks the charisma and the good tactics to do so. He's just talking BS all the time. Same goes for Sarah Palin. When I hear her talk, it sounds like she's just saying out some memorized BS. AND I HATE MCCAIN & PALIN'S VOICES! Although, that shouldn't really be one of the reasons why I dislike them.

Although I'm for Obama, there's still one thing I don't agree with him. And that is ABORTION. I personally think abortion should not be allowed for ANY TYPE OF REASON. Abortion is killing a baby. Yes, unborn, but yes, still human. An innocent human being too. I know Obama's doing this for "women's rights", but doesn't this go against the natural rights of all human being? But besides this, I think Obama should be our next president. YES, he's young. And YES, he's inexperienced compared to McCain. But also, YES, he will make our country a better place to live in. I know my reasons for being pro-Obama were quite simplistic, but oh well. GO OBAMA!


2. PROP 8
YES, on prop 8. I really think this is a serious issue. Marriage was first created for a man and a woman. Not for a man and a man, or a woman and a woman. And I'm not just saying this in a religious way. Yes, I'm a Catholic-Christian, and yes, my religion is against gay marriage. But really, that's not just it. Nowwww, don't get me wrong or anything. I'm not AGAINST gay PEOPLE. I'm against gay MARRIAGE. I understand if people are gay. Many people might have been born that way, others might have become that way. And no, it's not their fault. But, marriage has very important traditions and has kept its traditions until now. Making gay marriage "legal" will break that sacred tradition of marriage.





Man oh man. I'll be furious if McCain wins the 2008 presidential election.

was a pretty average day. Haha.

So, I decided to not dress up as anything this year b/c i ran out of money and I didn't know what to dress up as. I was so excited to see others dressed up at school though! [= LMAO, I loved Mr.McCrary and his teacher friends' vampire costumes! And this one girl was dressed up as Sarah Palin. Damn, she looked like her lmao. Other than that, I forgot a lot of the things that people wore today. Short term memory problems hahaa =/

Today was also the Link Crew halloween movie day from 3rd-4th periods for all freshmen! I got to sit next to Jeremy and Jenn! [= And behind me was Marty! And I thought I was gonna sit by some freshman I don't know. PHEW. We watched "One Missed Call." Expected it to be more scary than it was. I can't believe I didn't scream at all. I usually do! TENNIS DAY!

Although, it was effing hot today, tennis was still pretty intense and fun for me!
So tennis started with me and kelly rallying. SO DAMN FUN RALLYING WITH HER [=

And then, all the courts had to be full for other games, so Lucy&I decided to go to the blacktop and play a practice singles game, up to 6. Fucking, I thought I was going to faint b/c it was so hot, especially b/c the BLACKTOP is BLACK. I thought I was burning! Haha. But other than that, wow our tennis match was crazy! I really slacked off in the beginning, so the score at first was like 1-4! And then, I caught up for some reason (maybe I wasn't warmed up much yet) and the score was 5-4 LOL. And thennnn, it was 5-5. THEN FINALLY, 7-5. Damn, it was tiring catching up! BUTTTTT it felt nice playing a close game[=

I arrived early, so I decided to shop at forever21 by myself, and I bought like 4 things which I TOTALLY LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Today was the most fun...

TENNIS DAY EVER! Hahaha[=

WHY?
because I played a REALLLLLLY fun game today, that really got me hyped the rest of the day teehee[= This "really fun game" was a just-for-fun doubles match with Sidney&I vs. Kelly&May! 7-5! SUCH A CLOSE GAME. The best rallies ever. Best hits in like 8285493 freaking days. Maybe I felt reallllly energized from my "fake" vitamin water (Kelly knows what I'm talking aboutttt).

So after winning, I got all this EXTRA energy, and I asked Alvin to play a game with me for the first timeeee. AIDS WALK

So, today was the day. WHAT DAY?! The 2008 Los Angeles AIDS Walk day, of course! Haha. Anyway, as the VP of the Interact Club, I had to give rides to those who needed rides living in the Sunland/Tujunga area: Ceejay, Ryan, Marco. Oh man oh man, the two flips were highhhhh in the backseat. LOLLL [=

First of all, we planned everyone to meet at 8:30 AM, but my mom got lost on the way (for like 15 minutes), so we were kinda late, although everyone else came around 9 too[= I thought it was only a 3 miles walk, but I found once I got there, that it was actually a 6 miles walk! SIGHHH.

Buttttt! We started to walk[= And after about 45 min or so, our "Verdugo Hills Interact Club" sign fell off of our stick thingy, and that's when everyone started to disappear and digress from the group lol. I mostly walked with Kellie Ha, and oh goodness we whined like crazy for 3 hrs haha.

After the walk, my car group and I decided to explore the Beverly Center for the first time! Damn, there were a lot of expensive stores. Haha. Although we were all broke, we went into like a lot of storessss. Too bad the XX1 there didn't have guy section hahaha. OH YEAH, I LOO000OOVE THE H&M THERE!

And then near 3 something, my mom came to pick us up and headed back homeeee. Ryan was practicing how to say "thank you" in korean like 1000 times lmao. GOOD JOB RYAN!
And I saw Ceejay's golden retriever :D (it's a golden retriever...right?!)

shitty.
Yes, literally SHITTY.

1st - We had group presentations today, continuous of yesterday. There are total groups of 5, and my group (Sidney,Anne,Ellen,Leega, and I) is the last group. And McCrary said our group would be able to go today! But GUESS WHAT, he let the first group today go for 50 minutes when he said the presentations should be 15 minutes. WTH, RIGHT?! So, we couldn't go. We have to wear the same sweaters for 3 days in a row now. And our group has more pressure, b/c it's basically like we had 2 extra days to present. Ugh. Mannnnnnnnnnnnn. I got pissed.

2nd - I got a 64% on my AP CALC test. Yup, a 64. FAILED THAT THAAANGG. Worst test score of my life.

3rd - Had a substitute for Lever. We had so much work to do, when we never have any work in that class! Started watching "Selena," it was boring.

4th - Played a doubles tennis match with Lucy, against Linda&Susan. 6-3. Also played with Q against Sidnyeee&Kellayyy. 1-5. YAY WE GOT ONE POINT YAYYY! [=

And then around 10:30, Anne came to Kelly's houseeee. Soon Kellly's uncle drove us to this bus stop where Jin was gonna meet up with us. Then we got on the bus and went to Santa Anita Mall! It was FUNNNNNN! We went into like every single stores there. LMAO. Jin, too, of course (gay).

After shopping for like 2 or more hours, we decided to watch a movie! We watched 'Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist' b/c Sidney wanted to watch it! LOL. It was.....weird. I didn't get the point of the movie. But Sidney said it was "really funny"!!!!! I thought there was nothing funny about it LOL. Weird Sidney!<333 After the movieeee, we decided to eat! I got panda express first, and then soon sidney,jenny,and jin also decided to get panda too! COPYCATS! hahahahaha just kidddding [= Overall, it was a fun day, although I couldn't find the right heels for hc =[

It FINALLY rained(well not really, kinda) in like months! I've been WAITING SO DEARLY for this day! hahaha.

Anyway, today I took my FIRST REAL SAT REASONING TEST. Lots of things happened. For example, I forgot to bring my student ID (yeah, i know, stupid..). So I had to call my dad to bring my wallet, and I was like "GOD, PLEASEEE DONT LET THE TEST START UNTIL I GET MY ID!!!!" lmao. And yes, I wasn't late at all! YAY! So I took the test....it was alright i guesss.



Oh and then later at like 4:45ish(?), Eric, Atis, and I decided to go to sunlandpark to play tennis. We thought it wasn't gonna rain...but it did LOL. WE PLAYED IN THE RAIN! It was pretty fun. But the thing was the ball wouldnt bounce well so we were all "WTF?!?!?!!" hahahah.


And right now, I'm talking to Anne and Kelly for our dateeee on thursday :D

2008 SM GLOBAL AUDITION LA

was today! So, I went with Yurha, Amy, Lina, and Christy to the auditions! Yurha-acting, Amy-modeling, Lina-modeling, Christy-modeling, and myself-SINGINGGGGGG!

It was a good experience overall. My audition....went pretty well, except that I got nervous and couldn't control my voice as well, and it wasn't powerful enough. So, I sang Leona Lewis's Better in Time for my song. Thank goodness, I was able to hit those notes even though I was nervousss! Then, they told me to sing ANOTHER song!!!! So, I sang BoA-My Prayer a little bit. They didn't tell any other singers to sing one more songg, so I guess this is a good thing? Anyway, whether they chose me or not, IT WAS FUNNNN :D

So, after the audition, we all went to go eat Carls Jr. Then, we went to cyberzone LOLLLL. Took pictures two times on the new machine. We were able to get the other one for freeeeee b/c the 1st one we took, the machine went wack and froze. LOL.

Today was.....a pretty energetic day! Haha. Today's classes were prettttty chill tooooo. In APUSH, we basically did nothing. And then in APCALC, kemple showed us some shortcuts in derivatives that I totally forgot about already. Finallly, in Spanish3 we just took a test on some vocab and verbs. I think i failed it. WHY DO I SUCK AT SPANISH?!?!

Anyway, the best part of my day, of course like always, was TENNISSSSSSS :D
My body felt really light today for some reason. Maybe I was in a good condition today? Anyway, I played 2 practice games today. One with Lucy (8-4), my partnerrr, and the other with Leega (3-6). This showed me that I really need to improve. I challenged Liz for a singles match for next week, and I have a feeling I can't win in my current level/etc. NEED TO PRACTICE DURING THE WEEKEND!

sh11111tttttt, I hate how my weekends are never like......free! Saturdays and Sundays I have to wake up early at like 7 or 8 am to get ready for community service or church. But then, like on a friday like today, I can just sleep right now but I always end up sleeping late so I'd be even MORE tiring the next day. I'm stupid.

today was reallllllyyyyy tiring. Since 1st period, I had badass cramps all the way till 3rd period. I have no idea what I learned in my classes today. But somehow, when I was playing tennis for 4th period, it stopped hurting. And I got pwnd by Janice in tennis. I'm not gonnnna say the score because this is toooooo embarrasssinggggg hahahah. It looks.....pretty goood hahahaa. I think all the hours and hard work I put into it really helped. It's been forever since I've actually worked hard on a project.

Anywayyyyyy, I really don't really remember what I did today, except the project. School was shorttt, common planning day. Hmmmm oh yeah so after school, I had to meet up with Conan b/c he was gonna give me a ride home. And finally I met him, and he's like "Hey Amy...Can we go to Ryan's house first so I can take my makeup off?" LOLLLLLLL. Him & Ryan put makeup on today for the picture day as joker & emo ryanhiga ha (RYAN HIGA'S TOOOO HOTTTT FOR YOU RYAN NGUYEN........ just kidddddddding). So yeah, we went to Ryan's casa, Lillie gave him some vaseline to get rid of his eye makeup, and he kept on questioning if the thing was safe or not HA.

And then I came home, watched tv and ate ramen till like 3:30. Then I started to continue on my projectttt. Thank goodness I started on Sunday. If I didn't, I would still be doing that sh1t till now.

was a busy day. Well, not really "busy" but more like...I had a lot to think & worry about today.

FOR INSTANCE, today was picture dayyyyyy. Man oh man I don't like my picture. But AT LEAST I look better than the last year's hahahaha. So well yeah, I was supposed to go take my picture during 2nd period, but I had a lot to learn & write notes for kemple's ap calc class so i couldn't go hahaha. It was either go take a picture and fail the next test, or take notes and go take a picture 3rd period. And obviously, I chose the 2nd choice. I asked my classmates during class, "do you think I can just go take it 3rd period instead even though my last name's N?" And Q was like "YEAH YOU STUPIDDDD I TOOK IT 1ST PERIOD INSTEAD OF 3RD LAST YEAR YOU STUPID BLAHBLAHBLAHBLAHBLAH" hahhahaahaaa. Oh yeahhhh, I learned a new cantonese word like last week from him. It's called "labsab" i think. It means "trash" HAHAHAHA.

Ok, so anyway, 3rd period I went to take my picture. Waited in the HOT gym for like 15 min. I was sweating like helllllll lol. Then I got my picture....hated it. And after we had to leave class again in like 20 min for our tennis match today with Reseda HS. Mannnnn Lucy and I didn't get to finish playing =[ We stopped at 3-2. They were about 3 times harder than Monroe HS hahhahahaa. Oh yeah, this one girl who was one of our opponent team was reallllly good at hitting the ball (like FAST and STRONG) but it always went out. LOL, but she was good [=

SO TOMORROW'S COMMON PLANNINGGGGG. I still wanna play tennis after school. Is anyone stayingggggggg?! HA. If I don't get to play tomorrow after school, I guess I'll just go to Sunland Park to play tennis around 7 pm.

Man oh mannn i did lots of things today. I have community service @ my church library every saturdays from 9:30-12:30, and so I had to wake up earlyyyyyy. Then, I didn't have much work to do there so I just read my apush book for this project that we're working on right now. IT WAS BORING.

Anyway, after church I went to raymondddd's house with conan&eric and ....we basically played games the whole day HAHA. Call of Duty4 & Soul Calibur4 [= Of course, I got pwned in both games, especially soul caliburrrrr. Wowwwwwwwwwww and I was so sad to find out that the "dog with no name" was given back to its real owner now....

Anyway, around like 5 ish...? We went to play tennis @ Sunland Park. Played 3 different games. One with Chris, 4-6 (but he went easy on meeee UGH). 2nd one, we played doubles-me&eric vs. raymond&chris. WE WONNNNNNN, 7-5 YEEEE. And then around 8:45ish, I had a small match with Raymond. We were originally going to play 3 points, but my dad came to pick me up so we left it at 2-2.

Ha, I remember when xanga was the trend. THE OLD DAYS. And then myspace came by, CAPTURED MY HEART, got me addicted to it. But that was a while ago too, 8th/9th grade? Now, I'm sick of myspace. It bores me sometime. Sooooo, I think this blog thing will be fun to use like .... a diary? Idk, but it'll be interesting to write about my day in this stuff.


Anyway, I think I failed my apushtest today. And I missed 1 problem for apcalc test for SURE. I made a stupidass mistake.. shitttt. Ha, but w/e.

And I think I got sunburned on my shoulders today. The day was cool & all, so I didn't feel like putting on my suncreen lotion for tennis, so I didn't.....but now my shoulders all red and it stingsssss. Ohhhhh & people have been telling me I got tanned. But it's okay, because now I can look like DAN[;

And more on tennis, Lucy and I(jv#2 doubles) challenged Leega and Ellen(jv#1doubles), and we ... LOST hahahaha. 4-6. Close game though. fun too.
And at like 3:30, when most of the LA people left, I played a practice game with Samantha(#3 singles) up to 3 games. and OF COURSE, i lost once again. 2-4. She's freaking fun to play with. WOOT. I'm gonna challenge her sooooooon.
